Don Guisinger is earned his PPL in 2023. Beyond the cockpit, Don brings over two decades of corporate leadership and strategic business experience, holding a B.S. from the University of Akron and an MBA from WGU. He serves as Club Secretary, and he is dedicated to fostering a strong safety culture, supporting fellow pilots, and keeping our fleet in top shape. When he’s not in the air or around the hangar, you’ll usually find him behind a camera lens, working on local community projects, or spending time with his family.

Duane Hummell
Treasurer
Duane is the Co-Founder and Owners of Prestige Worldwide Aviation, where he serves as the clubs Treasurer. A lifelong entrepreneur and business owner, he brings extensive financial and leadership experience to the organization. His passion for aviation and commitment to the club have been instrumental in its growth and success. Outside of flying Duane enjoys spending time on the water fishing and supporting the General Aviation Community.

Scott Hall
Vice President
CPL ASEL, AMEL, Inst. CFI, CFII
Scott is the vice president of Prestige Worldwide Aviation and has been a member of the club since early 2022. He earned his private pilot’s license in 2009. Since that time, Scott has spent many years in various areas of the aviation industry as a flight instructor, ferry pilot and is now serving as first officer flying a Cessna Citation X. He loves all things aviation and has a passion for teaching and learning everything he can.

Jim Subka

Jim attended Lewis University, earning a Bachelor’s degree in Aviation Flight Management, graduating in 2022. He began flying in 2019, and joined Prestige Worldwide Aviation in 2022 as a way to build flight hours towards his ATP. Jim continues to fly with the club for fun now that he is a regional airline pilot.

Michael Weimer
President
ATP, CFI, CFII, MEI
Michael is the President and Owner of Prestige Worldwide Aviation. A professional pilot and flight instructor, Michael serves as a Gulfstream G-IV CaptIain & Check Airmen for a 135 operator, and holds CFI, CFII, and MEI certificates. Since establishing the club in 2019, he has focused on creating a welcoming aviation community built around safety, continued training, and making aircraft ownership more accesible to pilots.

Andrew Liesure
Safety Officer
Andrew has been immersed in aviation his entire life and has held his Private Pilot Certificate (ASEL) since 2006. He currently serves as the FAA’s Chicago District Air Traffic Quality Control Manager.
His extensive air traffic control career includes serving as Air Traffic Manager at Chicago Rockford International Airport, Operations Supervisor at Chicago Center, and 19 years as an Air Traffic Controller at Chicago Center. Andrew has also served as an FAA subject-matter expert, working closely with the NTSB on aircraft accident investigations. His passion for aviation extends beyond flying—he is deeply committed to advancing safety throughout the aviation system.
